Scholarship Application/Nomination Form In the body of Christ, God gives each of His servants special gifts with which to carry out His work. Dr. Bob Kelley was a gifted preacher with a passion for reaching the next generation. The Dr. Bob Kelley Scholarship Fund has been established to help young preachers receive vital training for the ministry. As the Lord provides, we would like to give scholarships to rising juniors and seniors who are in Bible college, training to preach the Word.
